Hi Pappy,
I joined tis site just to read about all you finding stuff. Back about 35 years ago I was having trouble with my stole stopping up and I didn't know where my septic tank was. A friend told me he could witch it with rods made out of a colt hanger. He made some and went out to try them. He couldn't them it to work. I said let me try it. They kept crossing at this one spot. I dug down and there it was. That was the first time I had ever heard of dowsing. Now I read you can use the rods to find about anything, even ghost....lol...If my back would let me I would like to try it again sometime. This old fart really likes to read about your hunts and finds.

Pappy, you bet I'm interested in learning more. I have a set of copper rods I made, and they will find the typical water line for me, but I want to learn more about finding or locating possible hot spots for lost coins and jewelery. I've seen it done, know it works, and now I want to do it for myself.
