Default Which pinpointer?

It seems I have to dig the Grand Canyon to find anything. Some of this I'll narrow down as I get better using a detector, but I was thinking of picking up a pinpointer to perhaps make things easier. Budget is certainly an issue. Could someone make a suggestion that works fairly well but won't break the bank?

Thanks.

Mart

Hi Martlet....I use a Bullseye...works pretty good...but I'm sure there is something better out there....With the Bullseye you have to be pretty close to your target before it will work....Your doing the right thing researching before you buy....Good luck on your purchase....Let us know how it turns out!

Thanks. There are a few on ebay as well. I always get nervous buying unfamiliar items on ebay, though.

I don't really have one. I'm looking for one that will work at the lowest price. I saw one for $150. If that was the cheapest I could get one that worked decent, I'd buy it. Right now I'm looking at a Bullseye II for $75.

Martlet, for a little extra the Vibraprobe 570(I think thats the model #) is a great probe and its waterproof, and from what I hear has a nice little range on it, I use a bullseye II and yes you do have to be on top of the coin, but it works well for pennies and coppers which are hard to see in a pile of dirt. Check out our sponsors though they will point you in the right direction. Good luck.
