I recieved an email telling me I had a new message on TQ, I erased it and came to this forum to read it. No new message. When I erased the email did I erase it here also? .......Thanks......

It could also be a notification that someone added a post to a thread that either you created or that you belong to (meaning you also added a post). I was able to change that preference when I created a reply. It's at the bottom in a pulldown menu labeled "thread subscription"
I would bet that's what it was... Hope this helps!
