How can a floor fitter afford to spend that on a ring and I don't think much of her if she won't talk to him until he gets her another ring.

Just think it will land in a field somewhere and one day a detectorist will come along and find it.
I wonder which way the wind was blowing.

!! I must be really getting sleep deprived...I read the post - saw where it said a "6000 pound ring" and thought - "THAT must be a helluva BIG woman!" - then realized it was in the UK and they were talking about the value...That's got be around $12,000 US...hope you find it, Anne!
