CZ 5 Question

I was at the lake yesterday and had my fisher ground balanced, had the disc. set at 3 but nails still came up as silver. Any ideas as to why they would register as silver? The nails were app. 3" long, I did find some coins but the nails drove me nuts! Thanks for your help.

hey Pete,I have a cz 20 and with nails you will notice your signal will be broken.i found that coins have a good solid sound.Also Iron at a deeper depth will signal as silver,but again it will be a broken signal.I have gotten so i can almost tell if i have a dime quarter etc just from the sound.

Thanks Rip, my hearing isn't what it used to be so I will try and listen better or turn up the head phones more!
