I set my sens to 4-5 bars on dry and 2-4 on the wet. The larger coil will false a little faster than the smaller one but...not sure what to say if you feel your not getting more depth?? I know I did.

I used mine today for the first time at the beach. I found 68 coins in about 3 hours!!! That is probably double my normal for these beaches. I was impressed. Pinpointing was a little tough but not so much a problem with a sand scoop as it would be in the dirt.
