Default Sniper coil

I got my sniper coil for my Ace 250 last week and tried it out this weekend. All I can say is wow! The coil is 4.5" in diameter and actually looks a little thicker than the stock coil. Anyways, I went into some "trashy" areas of our yard that I had troubles pinpointing with the stock coil. The sniper coil was the perfect size to squeeze between the junk. In only a few minutes I pulled out the head of an old thumbtack that was at 4". I found a dime at 2" and some other misc metal junk that was at 6". The beauty of it was that I was getting seperate tones for each item, instead of a hopping tone with the stock coil.

Pinpointing was amazing with this coil. I'm digging 3" diameter plugs and pulling the items out in half the time! I would say I'm probably pulling up less than half the dirt I was previously.

Anyways, just thought I'd post here and mention how pleased I am with the new coil. I can't wait to get back to the old sites I've been working on. Lots of old nails masking the good stuff.

Congrats on the new coil! It sounds like a winner for sure, Beale.

Sniper coils are great for those trashy areas, I love mine. Good luck with it.
