X 80 challenger help
I am trying to see if anybody here knows the correct (voltage and amperage) charger to use for an X-80 challenger. It has 2 battery bays, each with 6 AA batteries in them. They are nicad rechargeables, and I've no idea where the manual and the charger are. I think I can get a manual....I hope I can.
I have a 300 ma 9 volt charger here. If the 2 bays charge, or are wired in parallel, then I think the 9volt charger will work....unless the nicads are only 1.2 volts per battery...in which case 9 volts might be too much. Any help greatly appreciated. Wyatt Fawley
