Default An Idea for wireless headphone setup

I have seen a few post on here about wireless headphones but it seems to have to use a fm transmitter which is the size of a cig pack. Here is what I am looking at doing, buying this Low Price Galaxy - SKU - A120S It is rechargeable an is really small, look at the size of the plug and the box and you can see it how small it is. Then for headphones I am looking at Motorola HT820 Bluetooth Stereo Headphones - Specifications - Motorola US The plus to these headphones are my cell phone is bluetooth enabled and I would just have to push a button on the headphones if i get a call and not reach into my pocket and remove headphones to take the call as it would mute the metal detector for the phone call. Does anyone know if bluetooth would mess with the detector?

Default having an electronice background myself

i wont even carry my cell with me when detecting. a machines coil is ...simply put ...an antena. the machine sends a signal through the loop and if any metal is inside the elctro magnetic field it generates it changes that signal .the detector sences the change in the signal and alerts you. dif metals afect the signal differantly thats why discriminators work. though the power from a cell phone is miniscule. when i am detecting i dont wanna be bothered with the phone. but by placing a wireless fm transmitter that close to your electronics you do run the risk of interfearance. the frequancies are very different but an antena is an antena and a transmitter is a transmitter. i would nt recomend it. others may disagree. but i enjoy not having to listen to anything but my tones any how. thahts why i have the head phones.
