Second detector...
Just got my new Tiger Shark set up .Went through the procedure in the book & then checked it out in the back yard.Works fine and found the usual stuff, but gotta admit it was strange not having the picture ,numbers & graph that I'm used too (spoiled) on my XLT.
Anyways,I'm going to Florida & hit some beaches next week and hope it works there as advertised. Probably the only time I'll ever use it in the salt water mode but I'll get a bunch of use out of it in the lakes around here this summer............

Good luck! let us know how it works out. I know what you mean about the buttons, bells and whistles on the xlt. I had one and went to the Fisher CZ70 about a year ago. I like em both but when I get good tone i still look for a vdI number every now and then. HH
