Default Oregon try's to BAN METAL DETECTING

I hope alot of members read this or at least if you do, let someone else know. There is a petition called Say " NO " to state of Oregon- Senate Bill 64. This is on the Treasure Net . com Forum under General Discussion. Please give this a Look See . This could happen to all of us in any other state. Every day laws are passed that we are not aware of, LETS NOT have this Sneak up on us like a stealth fighter and take away the thing we love. Can you imagine being a land owner and Not being able to Detect or even PICK UP an Artifact on YOUR OWN PROPERTY ? Check it out and pass it on !

Tinman, do you think that this is still in affect? I thought that I read several articles to see about this. I even emailed the guy who put this together. I was in total shock when I SAW IT. I haven't heard anything else about it. DO YOU KNOW???? thanks

Didn't have time to look check it out further yesterday but I will today. I'm NEW to this Computer stuff so everything takes me awhile. Sure Hope I didn't raise a False Alarm. Better Safe then Sorry Tho.
