Pictures of an old mill from the late 1700's

Here are a few pictures of an old 1700's mill that John and I have been detecting. Take a look at the stone work The first picture is the inside view. The second picture is John standing by the mill and the last picture is the spring house. It's not hard to believe why this structure is still standing, the stone work is outstanding!

Hi Pat,
Your right, this place will give us years detecting fun

It's hard to hunt this place with our XLT's due to the Iron and minerals in the soil but we are getting new Minelab Explorers that should solve this problem.

I have found several relics like: an old clock key, old tag bottles. I did find a real nice railroad button that I will post when I find it.
