I just spoke to a buddy back out west. He and I have been friends over 27 years. I won't say where or exactly who, but here is what he said.
He is friends with a old prospector/treasure hunter type, that roams over several states in the west. He is making money at it and has enjoyed the lifestyle for over 45 years. On the last trip through the old man stated the the government is in the prospecting/treasure hunting business too. He told my buddy that he has encounterted government people now four times in a total of 11 years. He said they have the best equipment ( large SUV's four wheelers, top of the line detectors, radio communications, ect), access to anywhere, with any equipment. On this last encounter he said he was shown pictures from "way up in the sky". He figured a satilite. He was asked about best ways to get to a few areas and how long it took. Also he was asked about other prospector activity and just poeple in general in the area. He said they were friendly enough, but had the attitude and act of law enforcement or some kind of military backgrounds, maybe. Way too much "spit and polish" to them to be just regular prospectors. They knew how long he had been in that area and where he had been a few weeks before (in another state). He was asked about his new fourwheeler. He had just traded in his old one for this new one. It had about 55 miles on it. He changed the subject to state that the land they were on was BLM and no traveling with motorized vehicles were allowed off the existing roads. One man laughed and stated "Dont worry we have all the required permissions needed to go anywhere around here". He said when he quit answering their questions and started his own questioning. Their attitude got alittle gaurded fast. And the friendlyness left. He let more information out to my buddy, but it's not real relevant here. Some was about other people he new that had encounters like this. Some weren't so nice. He also stated that his second encounter of "these type people" was in New Mexico and the time was late 1970's. He said those men had at the time. The best equipment and were in contact with a helicopter as it flew. This was on a state park down there. That time he was just flat told to leave the area. He complained to a ranger there and was told not to worry about it. I am sure our government dosen't miss a chance at making a buck. But I sure hate this kind of thing from it. Just thought I would pass this along. Anyone else heard of this kind of thing? Allen |

There have been rumors for years that the Government found the DOC NOSS treasure in New Mexico(?), besides other massive treasures! This treasure was reported to be worth in the millions or was it in the billions? How else would the GOVERNMENT fund AREA 51 or is it the LEVEL 7 branch of the government? Just think about it.................if the government found a big treasure or a big discovery .............do you really think that they would report it to the general public????..................REALLY THINK ABOUT IT !!!!......................................HAPPY HUNTING .....................Joe

When/if govt. agents found treasure? If it was just gold coin or money,,,, no it probably wouldn't be reported on the news. It'd just quietly go straight to the Treasury Dept. the same way all the cash does when the govt. makes a big narcotics raid. If it was of some archeology value? The discovery information would probably be turned over to some college, or group working through the Smithsonian to be properly dug & researched. .

They could have been doing surveys. But what concern would they have about other people being in the area? Second question. What would complete strangers ask him about being in another area-in another state. And about his new fourwheeler purchase. Somebodies keeping tabs on him to me. He always shows his new finds when he shows up on his way through. To the north. They are always eye popping stuff.
Several years ago he ( the prospector) had to buy a engine for his motorhome. He ended up buying a new motorhome with one phone call to a bank. In the office of the RV dealer. They had the home ready for him to take it off the lot the next morning. That night my friend and I helped the old man take his posessions out of the old motorhome. Along with personal items. From various places we took 3 mason quarts, 7 mason pints, two fireproof type safes. All filled with precious metals and coins and other items. I did see this with my own eyes. The motorhome was in a mechanics lot. And I had a conceal carry weapons permit and have worked personal security. So I was asked to make sure it went o.k. I was impressed with the amount of items I was seeing. |

For all the 'black helicopters from a secret Norweign Navy base in Arizona' worries, there's the ocassional 'real one' like this fella that really has no logical explanation. .
