Default Gordon had a stroke.

Hey everyone, I had a couple of days off this week and Gordon and I decided to head to Folly beach, SC Thursday morning. My sons are away at camp and it was just the two of us. I am an early riser so I packed the car with the equipment and a picnic. When Gordon got up he said he had an awful headache and His leg hurt. His leg had been swollen for two days so I decided we better not go. He went back to bed and when he got back up around 10:00 am He was unable to speak clearly and he was very off balance. I called 911 and got him to the hospital. He has suffered a stroke and has a large blood clot in his right leg. After all the test came in last night. The Drs said he has two areas of damage to the left brain which has affected his right side and his speech. Thank God he has weakness not paralysis. With hard work and determination he can come back. He is very depressed and frustrated so far. I am hanging in there trying to work a few hours a day and spending alot of time at the hospital with him. I am so happy to see so many new members and everyones finds. Looking forward to photo contest 21. What up with that????? Well good luck to all and please keep Gordon in your prayers. I will keep you all updated on his progress. Thanks.
