I got my sniper coil and gear bag!!
I won a Garrett gear bag from Chuck and received it on Thursday! It's so cool. I can fit so much stuff in there. I ordered my sniper coil for my Ace250 on Wednesday and got it on Friday!!! Talk about speedy
 I had a little get together this weekend and sunburned the backs of my legs so I can't quite bend down to dig  so I haven't been able to try out the sniper. I am so ready, though! I have heard so many good things about it.Does anyone have any tips? I have heard that it does a great job of pinpointing. Is the sweet spot right in the center of the coil or is it at the top edge? Thanks Chuck! You rock

The Sniper coil has an "X" on the top of the coil, that is going to be the area where your machine pinpoints your target. As for any tips when using the Sniper coil - Swing Slow! One disadvantage of using the Sniper is you will not cover as much ground as fast as your other coil, BUT take that as an advantage, you will cover the area's you are detecting a lot more thoroughly. I am sure you will love the Sniper coil after you use it. It is a great accessory to have! Good luck!

Thanks everybody! I'm very excited to try it out. It's almost like getting a new machine. It's hot here, too (in the 90s), so it may be another couple of days before I can get out. I'll keep everyone updated on my first sniper finds.

Pinpointing
Pris, The SNIPER has an X right in the middle and that is where your target will be....I'll Gur-un-tee !!! You will love the SNIPER when you start using it....I haven't taken mine off since I've had it.

Way to go Pris, You will do good with it I am sure. I have only used my XLT once so far and will take my time. Good luck and congrats on your win.
