Well done Harry. I have only been doing this hobby a little over two months and have found that I am getting more exercise. Your progress motivates me to do more on the intake side of things. Thanks for posting and keep up the good work.

WTG Harry I've lost 30 lbs since Jan 14th. I attribute a lot of that to getting out and huntin'. Gets me movin' and I love finding stuff.

Default Wtg!!

Impressive weight loss, Harry...and everyone else who posted. I'm envious!! I can't seem to get out md'ing as often as I'd like - only twice in the past couple of weeks so no chance of getting much exercise there.

I bought myself an Ab Lounge for my birthday and in the last month have managed to work myself up from two reps of 25 sit ups to three reps of 150 sit ups every other day...don't seem to be losing any weight(?) but definitely have lost at least an inch around waist and hips. Hopefully the lbs will start dropping soon, too.
