UPDATE :::: I got it late yesterday. UPS called me at 4 pm about my email. Contacted the driver. He left it a couple houses down from me. Brought it to me about 5 pm. Alls well, but I'm still not very pleased with these guys.


UPS delivered my detector onto the porch yesterday at 2:16 pm..


Only one problem.............NOT MY PORCH . I have NO idea where my detector is ! Those idiots managed to leave my package on someone else's doorstrep.

I emailed them this morning. Said it would take one day for a reply. So now I wait and wonder .

I may receive packages by UPS ,, but I sure don't ship them that way, and this is the reason why. Tired of all their incompetence, and receiving damaged goods.

SORRY... but its just starting out to be a BAD morning.

I know just how you feel to a point. They never can find my house. I would under stand if I wasn't the only !!corner lot with a BIG YELLOW house. They send us a letter telling us that our package is at the main office and to come and get it. It makes you wonder what kind of people the have working for them. I hope that they get the situation figured out soon so you can get out there and HUNT for that Treasure that is laying there waiting for you!!!! Happy Hunting SOON!!!

You might try asking your neighbors?!? Also, UPS has left stuff on my back porch & in the bushes by my front porch. Might be worth a look around if you have any hidden spots near the door.

Never had a problem with UPS. Then again, we live on US1 which is the main drag here in Dinwiddie county. Had a delivery through DHL that was left on the neighbor's porch however. The neighbor called to tell us about it. DHL wouldn't allow them to hand it over to us. Instead they had to come back and pick it up from the neighbor, process it again and deliver to the right address about a week later. I feel your pain.

They like to hide it even if it says PORCH on the website.

One of my friends UPS tracking said "Chicken" he looked everywhere and on the side of his house there was a flower patch with a chicken yard ornament... it was hidden behind it

Sometimes I guess they have a sense of humor

I thought they had lost one of my packages recently but since I am a niceguy I waited patiently. Found it in my garage a week later behing the steps to the kitchen
