I think it is great that you are doing your best in locating the owner of your first gold ring. I personally would have thought twice about finding an owner, but I know deep in my heart I would do the same as you. I agree with Diggerbarns, I am sure it could be as much fun attempting to find the owner of the ring as it was to find it. Be persistant and I am sure you will eventually find the hand that once wore this ring!
