I once found a large catch of hemingray-43 insulators along an abandon railroad turned bikepath. We collelcted about 7 of them and i attempted selling one for what they were selling for on ebay (i priced it way too high,"chuckle") but i had grown attached to it and decided to keep it. I dont really sell any of my finds as i do grow attached to them emmidiatly after i find them except for ones that i get from antique dealers in antique malls who i never see, cant turn around and sell somthing that i got from a friendly person. I have traded away a couple of my insulators (4) and 3 of them were a part of my grandpas old collection. I regret trading away 2 of grandpas insulators but i have sence gotton one back and i plan on getting the other soon. So no, i dont sign my finds and as Colin said, i dont really find eough to sell any

I haven't sold anything...yet. If I were to find something of real historic value, I might consider selling it (museum) or place it on extended loan to a museum...but so far, that hasn't been an issue! My best find - a large mens silver and turquoise ring - I plan to keep...but in a different form. I'm planning to have the silver melted and recast into a pendant and then reset the stone into it - my wife will get much more use and happiness from it than I...

I keep the old stuff. I have a big jar of clad and will most likely give to my detecting club. We make a sizable donation to a summer camp for children with cancer every year.

Thats really Cool Zman . I pretty much keep my stuff but if it's something that I'm not really attached to and needed the money it would be gone.

I will definitely keep my first nice find, a white gold ring in the shape of a bow. I love it and wear it already.

I am considering selling a watch I found last week. It really isn't my style and I don't know if I would wear it....but I'm not sure I can part with it either!
