Default Busy, busy, busy!

Hey everyone!

I just wanted to say you guys are pretty awesome. Work has been getting busier and busier and I haven't had as much time to hang out around TQ as I would like. But I do get to peak in and scope stuff out, see new users and halloween pictures and tips and tricks I wanna try out. I've also had some crazy weekends and haven't been able to get out much so my collection of nails is getting lonely, lol!!

BUT! I had to find time to say - I found a license plate! I was in a friends yard doin' what we do with a White's MXT I wanted to try and my headphones almost jumped off! I had to dig a GIANT hole (in the front yard!!) to get it out, but it's from the 70's (making it older than me!) and is my biggest find to date!

So still no silver, still no wheaties, and the season is picking up so I'm busier than ever... but I'm up a license plate and good spirits. And I'll always make time for any of my TQ peeps, so let me know if I can help, or just give me an excuse to put off work (please?) lol!!!

Copngratulations on the license plate, I never found one of those. If it's anything like a soda can, I know your ears rang for awhile .

Default wait till

wait till ya hit the engine block.... at 2 feet it still gave my whites an overload signal. and hub caps at 12" will ring good too. so will an exhaust manifold. 3 of those actually. it would take an excavator of huge domensions to dig all the crap out of my yard. it was a salvage yard at one time.

Congrats on the license plate. silver is comin soon.

happy huntin

Congrats on the plate! That is a neat find!

I would imagine that with Christmas coming soon you are busy at work. I hope you get the chance to get out and hunt soon, Beale.

I dug up a hub cap once. Man did it ring good. I thought I had found something really good. No just a hubcap. It was kinda old, but then so am I. Don't work too hard and remember to get out to detect.. Buster.....

WTG. Ali! Anytime you dig something out of the ground, it is just like unwrapping a Christmas present!
