Default At the beach today??

Our local news channel in Philly showed a detectorist at the beach today. He had dug a hole about a foot deep with his sand digger, while on his knees. He was checking the hole and the sand he had scooped out. They only followed him for about 30 seconds. I wonder if he found anything good!!! So who was at the beach today???

I love sand hunting cause it is soooo much easier on my knees. Too bad it is an hour and a half drive for me to get there! The findings aren't really worth it either as I don't have a water machine. My best beach find is my Tiffany watch...not much else of value found this year and I spent probably 3 weeks total on the beach this year.

I hunted one actual beach this year (with Pris in California) otherwise, my beach hunting is limited to man-made beaches at lakes in my area...I still love hunting them though!

I've had pretty good luck at the lake beaches. Got access to a private one while its closed for the winter, but that water is cold!!!!!

I was at the beach in spirit yesterday. I was detecting with Steve in PR and we both found gold. HH
