I have been detecting for a year now and have always found my questions answered here on Treasure Quest. I have nothing against anybody here or on the other new forum site. I have & will continue to support Treasure Quest. I personally wish things could have turned out differently - however they are what they are. I am a member of the other site, but they are my friends as well. The way I look at it, I joined metal detecting forums to learn my best of the hobby. Some of those I learn lots from are no longer here on TQ. That doesn't stop me from learning more from them in the future. I will continue on TQ to learn and (hopefully) to help others.

Bill - I sure do hope all goes well with your surgery. :)

I'll put in my two - cent(piece). It has been from what I can tell a pretty rough week. Lots happening. Let us all keep in mind one thing. This is a time to be thankful. Thankful we have each other, thankful for our health and families whether it be online or at home. There are so many less fortunate people in the world, and pain and suffering. I myself consider my life to be blessed in so many different ways. Lets try to put all of this behind us, be thankful for what we all have and lets forget about squabbles and things that have angered us in the past, life is way too precious and short. Life goes on and its much better to go on with a positive attitude and forgive and forget. Just be thankful and remember how lucky we are and how blessed we have been throughout the year.

Thanks guys, sorry about the rambling. Happy Thanksgiving.
