I am seeing the need to be displined and stick to grids if possiable. This means making maps and marking covered area's to some degree. even if the area's are smaller than a tennis court. this should do a lot for my focus and my Mental Prowess. Knowing im not back tracking over ground and being productive. seeing this will be slow going by digging all targets. I think I will enjoy the fact " if i had dug maybe's " wont crop into my thinking. so use all metal mode and I shouldnt have many doubts. There is much more about this hobby than it appears to be on the surface.
well that is easier said- than done..... when there is a lot of aluminum and tin cans. mercy I cant dig all that .. I noticed my BH202 was calling old tin drink cans- said they were .25 and .50 w/ a pull tag beep at the once every 3 or 4 passes.

It would jump all over between these readings, even when I had it on High disc. it was reading the old beer can or drink can as high tones. the fact that it was picking them up; it was making me wonder. I had the disc 2/3 up.
However once unearth it didn't read high tones but did read as Zinc.( the buttom of a drink can) went back to spot and nothing.. I thought I had a good target.. this happened more than once. as i was looking for 10cents and higher. Im going to work this this machine a few more days, I hope it just my lack of experience that is misleading me.

Default Check them out and.....

It probably IS junk but you just have to experiment and dig to find out whats there. If after twenty or thirty digs only one is a good target, then I guess you would probably just want to ignore those single beep signals.
I have dug so much trash that I just know I'm usually wasteing valuable time. I don't see much value in digging those kind of signals because I MIGHT be loseing out on a valuable target. No point in banging your head against the wall.

I was out again the last couple of days and experimented again with my Ace and everyone of those single beeps was trash.

Good luck.
