So glad you and your wife are ok, what a sad situation. I can't imagine having to witness that. I feel so bad for the family. God Bless everyone and take care.

Reiminds me of what happened to 2 of my cousins, hit head on in KY, not a police chase, just someone taking the whole road speeding around a curve, both were killed instantly in their early 20's. It's really a sad thing.

Hopefully the police will revise their chase policy. You do expect the police to be more professional but maybe like Steve said, it hit close to home with him?

Glad that you're safe though and can only offer prayers for the girl's families.

Glad you guys are ok. I wasnt gonna respond but will.
When my daughter was in high school she had two friends (girls) that were chased by a deputy sheriff (s) one night. The girl driving was scared, she had been drinking and was underage, but the deputies didnt know that at the time of the chase. Anyway, she lost control of her car and hit a pole. The airbag saved the driver but the other girl had severe injuries including bad head injuries. That poor girl will never be the same the rest of her life.
I dunno sometimes, I know law enforcement officers have a hard stressfull life. But, I think nationwide there has been so many law suits that its known a high speed chase is not the answer. I think these guys get such an adrenelin (spelling??) rush, not that all of them want it ( I think some do),it just goes with the territory.
But rude behavior , like the cop you are speaking of is not professional and should be reported. You never know, he may have a past history of this and his superiors need to know.
Just glad you guys are ok,
John
