Default Wellington at Stampede Pass.

Hello, I was just wondering if anyone here as gone up to the Wellington area (Now named Tye) where the train accident happened back in 1910? My father had detected there with his friend many years back and found a gold coin along with many parts from some of the trains. I plan on going up there next spring after the winter snow melts off, and would like to ask if any of you have been at this area in years past?

Thank You, John Beekley
