Hello everyone,
I know that there are not too many meteorite collectors here, but I have the feeling there may be an Elvis collector here. I have a very rare one of a kind item never before offered and will never again be available. It is a Meteorite slice that has a detailed image Elvis on it. I have never seen any other image on a meteorite until I cut this one open, I have had one meteorite in the shape of a lizard, but never an image, except for the other half of this stone. On the other half there is an image of what appears to be a Japanese woman with some Japanese barrette like thing in her hair. At least that is what I see and many others have seen the same thing. it is like Elvis came to us from space. This is a 100% guaranteed stoney meteorite, otherwise know as a Chondrite. This is quite magnetic and has fusion crust on the exterior from it fiery entrance into our atmosphere. This is your only chance to own a meteorite related Elvis Presley item. Here is a photo, even though you can see it in the photo, you can really see it in person, there is no mistaking it as soon as you look into it. The only people who did not see the King when looking at this meteorite were my 2 sons, they are 10 and 11yrs old, which would explain that. Here is a link to the EBay auction for this meteorite: NWA Meteorite with Elvis Presley image on cut face rare - (eBay item 230204129581 end time Dec-22-07 20:03:29 PST) Best Wishes, Joe Kerchner illinoismeteorites.com NWA meteorite endpiece with an i

Way Cooool! I have 3 meteorites, 2 found and 1 bought, and 5 tektites (ball, oval, tear drop, dumb bell, wierd?). I use them and some fossils for creation displays and show-n-tells at schools with the help of my two youngest (8 & 11). I hope the eBay bids go atmospheric on the slice of Elvis.

Really neat and unique find. I keep checking what I pull out of my scoop, especially if I got a signall but don't see a target.Unfortunately, it's always a clump of old aluminum. I am looking for that elusive meteorite!

It sold for $100.05 it was worth probably between $3-10 as a meteorite alone.
Best, Joe K
