I'm with Ya right after New Year. I don't even think about the scale, was standing in front of a full length mirror and could only see Half of me.
Went to the Famers store for some new Bibs and as soon as I walked in the Salesman said " The Tarps are in that section over there.
I got on my neighbors Trampoline one time and when I got off he just filled it with water and used it for a pool. So Yeah, I'm IN !

My scale screams "MAN!!! What they been feeding you???!!!"

I was never more than 150 all thru high school, then when I hit 20, all hell broke loose...now I am 280...I need to get below 180 again... :((. Looking forward to Spring so I can get out and swing the coil more...Ride bike too...

Default well, Im loosen weight.

Im loosen weight and my back is sore along with my shoulders, seeing as I swing with both arms. My knee hurts and had my worst migraine headache the first week of getting my MXT. I AM clawing at the walls waiting to get back out to do it again; hurt me baby. As it Pouring rain! Which again makes me glad I got the MXT. This is great exercise!

OK Ironclad, First thing Wed. mornin I'm starting my diet, will weigh in first thing in the morning and post it here then will update every 2 weeks plus ( Man I'm Gonna Really Be Crabby ) I'm quitting these Coffin Nails to. If I don't Post for awhile it's probably because the family here tied me up and threw me in the basement. Good Luck to us all in our attempt to slim down.

I won't have any trouble losing a few extra pounds. My voluntary lay-off from my job is almost over. I go back to work the 10th.... So now my chubby #&**$!! will have to get used to physical labor, and that will keep me busy and thin....
No more staying up late and sleeping in. Back at it from 5am - 2:30pm.... I didn't find enough treasure this fall to retire, so I have to earn my living the hard way.
