You guys are doing great. I can't even shake the extra 5 lbs I picked up over the holidays, let alone the additional 15 - 20 that I wanted to lose in the first place.

Forgot it was Wed. OK Weighed in and 2 more lbs off my frame. Thats what I'm shooting for now..2 or 3 lbs a week as I yhink I was to drastic the first 2 weeks by starvin myself. So it's a slow pace but a healthier one. Can't wait till it warms up and get some detectorcise in.
 Dixieldy have fun at Myrtle Beach and just try and you can always get back to it when Ya get back. Don't ruin a Great Time worrying about 1 or 2 lbs. Cntrydncr.. How Ya doin ? GOOD LUCK to ALL !!!!!!!

Well No Loss But No Gain so I'm happy with That for this week. Been very hectic and Snackin when I shouldn't but will watch it this coming week. hope everyone is holding their own. Forgot wED. CAME AND WENT. gOOD lUCK EVERYONE !
