What's a Billion or Two between Friends?
Sorry if this is a little off-topic...but I just read something that sort of boggles the mind...many times we hear politicians casually tossing the figure "Billion" around like it means nothing...but consider this when thinking of the term...
A billion seconds ago ,it was 1959. A billion minutes ago, Jesus was walking the earth. A billion hours ago, nothing on earth walked on two legs. A billion dollars ago, was what our government spent in the past 8.5 hours. Makes you think - doesn't it?

Well that blows that! I told my wife one time it seemed like we'd been married a billion years.
I guess I need to add that comment to the list entitled, Apparently I Didn't Know What I Was Talking About.
