Nascar / anyone here like it

I am a huge Tony Stewart fan and love NASCAR - but I also enjoy watching people at events where there are crowds.....and there is NO place better to watch people than a NASCAR race!

Lots of Bermudians travel to the States to see the races every year. It must have something to do with the 35 km/hr speed limit that is everywhere on this island. (that's about 25 mph for the nonmetric folks)
Personally, I like Hockey but then I'm a Canadian, EH! Nascar just makes me think 'these guys are going really, really fast but they're not getting anywhere, whatz that all about?' Just my thoughts on a matter.

Conversely, I once went to the fights and a hockey game broke out!

Driving cars or trucks at high rates of speed is always fun. Working at Ford i kinda have a few favorites and ive met them at the test tracks many times. They are great guys and its always fun to watch them test on the track. Mark Martin was out at our track in arizona many years back and i could not convince him to let me take his ride out for a spin. Ive been to bondurant and skip barber racing schools and he still wouldnt budge
