I agree with Pris that you did the right thing. There's too many places to hunt. JC

Shawn, I appreciate your reply and agree completely. I too, don't mind standing up for my rights. I spent four years in the Marine Corps and my Honorable Discharge hangs on the wall of my office along with my minister credentials.

Speaking of my office, thanks to the illustration by Bdahunter, I going out as soon as possible and buy a small ceramic pig to keep on my desk. I like that parable BDA! Your grandfather's wisdom speaks much to the conflicts that we all constantly face. From time to time, arguments arise in the church. From now on, people will hear me refer to the "pig."

James, glad you had a chance to revisit the park. Sounds like you turned it into a place of great victory. My hat's off to you.

Gotta go folks; otherwise people will be telling the truth when they say I only work one day a week and then it's just an hour on Sunday!!!

Default I Hear You 'E'

I've always had an issue with backing down from a fight. I've had my nose broken four times as a result but gave as good as I got. The problem is the pig was often just as happy either way. LOL!
I try to redirect peoples negativity now. Afterall, why should I have to carry their crap around, I've got enough of my own.
Of course, the words of Kenny Rogers still ring true "Sometimes you have to fight to be a man".

Be Well,

BDA

I just wadded through four pages of responses, all of 'em great and most of 'em were exactly what I was thinking - right on guys! Liquid - have fun and enjoy yourself!! You've got a whole TQ family at your back, ready to defend you and support you when needed.

Could you imagine if someone like that ran into our group hunt and got so uptight? Lol... her ears would ring and she would have been running home - fast!!

So far I've found one very old license plate, a lot of nails, some funky green pennies and other misc. change.. but who's counting? I'm just here to have fun, giggle, and make friends along the way!
