My Deepest verifiable ticket was at 22" for a gold ring but I've dug several gold tickets at least that deep. Aluminium cans I've pulled from 36" +/- and that's a lot of digging. I run in silent threshold mode with maximum sensitivity and no disc on my Excal, combine that with virtually no mineralization and a slightly higher salt concentration in Bermuda waters and you have some very deep targets.

Cheers,

BDA

getting tiered of them. I find then like about 10-12 inches deep. I always dig them anyways thinking it could be some kind of catche or something. also I like to clean out the aarea then go back.

Your Crazy like a Fox, allright! I always strip out all the junk at a beach first, then I can hear the really good, deep tickets. It's also surprising what you find from time to time nestled up against big junk targets, especially big iron. Dig'em All, Sort'em Out Later!
