Default A good cold weather drink

Today just inside the Super-Walmart food side door in Monaca, PA, on a rack for only $2;00 I found the perfect warmer-upper for coldweather detectorists.

It is "Hillside self heating rich hot chocolate, coffees, & soup drinks, all 9.5oz.

I purchased several and sat in the car testing one. They are great.
You just remove a protective cover on the bottom and fully depress the button, let it set until the green fluid drains than turn the bottle right side up.

Wait 5 – 8 minutes and when the pink indicator turns white you twist the safty top and remove the pull tab, Be careful because it is very hot and the hot choc is so very gooood.

This really is something the cold weather detectorists can use it is hot and will warm you up. Just put one in your pac and when you feel too chilly to continue detecting pull it out and warm up for another few hours of detecting fun.

Here's a link that I found: Hillside Self Heating Coffee - Review with photos

Looks like it's got possibilities.

My hot drink of choice for cold weather activities is to heat some apple cider; pour it into my stainless steel thermos along with 2 full shots of cinnamon schnapps....very tasty and uplifting!

I wonder how safe those are? I'll have to look for them myself! Thanks for letting us know.
