Gold mine claim on eBay
I found this on eBay and thought it was a joke. This guy is selling mineral rights to land in Arizona. Not the land just rights to hunt gold. Has anyone ever heard of doing this? Is it a scam?

Everyone around here is selling their mineral rights to the natural gas companies, hoping they hit gas, then you get a percentage of the take.

I'm currently in a dispute with a scam-artist on ebay.......be careful who you deal with there, seems like it becomes more of a safe-haven for people (rip-offs) like this daily.....and chases-off buyers for those there who are honest. Feedback doesn't mean anything when they use alias' to post their own good feedback.

yah...
seems like a scam to me. the more i keep hearing about places that could or do for sure have gold out here, the more i think it could be just laying anywhere...and i got a good feeling about this summer! i dont think it's necessary to buy a claim...but i could be wrong.
