Made the drive from Galveston down to Edinburg, TX today....still running a fever...will medicate myself and turn in (thank God for NyQuil!)...hopefully the next two days will get better! Thanks for all the well-wishes, gang...talk to y'all later...

Good to see your getting better Shawn. fly safe and good luck on your next hunt.It's nasty cold out there in these parts so at least you can be glad your not somewere up north ! I'd suffer a thousand colds as long as I could suffer on a warm beach somewere !

Glad your feeling better..I think galveston tx is a gold mine place to hunt..lots of rich folks loosing stuff..I love it down there..I'll be making the trip back down that way close to summer..My wifes dad lives in Texas city texas..
