Default Myamoto Mushashi the Greatest Samurai had an expression he greeted each day with

"Today is a Good Day to Die". I thought it an odd thing to say until I realized that it wasn't some Kamikaze sort of idea but rather he meant that you should live everyday like it is your last. Live to the Fullest, Love to the Fullest and Laugh to the Fullest. Loving your family is an excellent start, loving yourself is every bit as important.
I'm so glad you're still with us, Bill. Make every day count.

Kindest Regards,

BDA

Enjoy every day, buddy Just like my parents taught me, I make sure Noelle knows I love her when I get off the phone, leave in the morning, and go to bed at night. Every mornin', too, just for good measure. You just never know when you won't be able to say it anymore.

Thank for posting BigBill. I guess we all need to be reminded once in a while, what the important things in life are. Thank you and best of luck.

Great Post Bill! Very wise in your young age I would say as well. We make it a practice to tell each other we love each other everyday as well... whether on the telephone or leaving out to go someplace. You just don't ever know as you said.

I hope it was a memorable occasion for you. Wishing you many more in the future!

This is a great post - Happy Birthday - and it's never too late to learn a lesson! So glad you'll be healthy and back to your old (and improved!) self soon!

So far I've found one very old license plate, a lot of nails, some funky green pennies and other misc. change.. but who's counting? I'm just here to have fun, giggle, and make friends along the way!

Thumbs up

Wise words, from a wise man!
Happy be-lated Birthday Bill, and may the Good Lord bless you with many more birthdays.
"I Love You" is the first words my wife hears when I get up, and the last thing she hears at night.
