Bullets and casings I don't worry about ,Drugs and parap. I would dispose of(that much less on the street)

Personally, unless I found the entire pistol, I wouldn't worry about turning cartridges or casings over to anyone....and like TinMan said - any drugs or paraphanalia....goes straight into the trash.
