Default Minelab has been SOLD!!! Hmmmm

Just read a post from a dealer on another forum about the sale and here's the announcement link. Consolidation must be the order of the day with Detector manufacturers. Who knows what will happen next. HH Bill

Hey Minelab Man,

Reading too many sites perhaps and appears others knew of this a while ago.If it is current news and not a rehash of old it may be important for us Minelab owners and future buyers. At least if anyone is interested they can keep an eye on future developements. HH Bill

I know what you mean Bill, it is important, especially for future purchases and warranty, I hope not much changes. I never heard of Codan before. It would be a shame to mess up a good thing. The News Release dated 2/15/08 starts on page 3.

Relax Chick, just a financial deal, nothing will be changing at Minelab it appears, except that they'll be more cash flush from the injection of capital.

All Good,

BDA
