Default First time ever

Well ,the weather was still cool, mid 30's, and I took my MD out for the first time. First hit was in my backyard, pulled out the trusty gator and CLINK! I might as well been diggin in the middle of the street. Ground still frozen, Darn.... So Ddesided to see wht was in my drive. Its gravel and was alot softer than my yard. So, my boy (Blake) and I hunted about an hour. Found 2 old nails, 1 screw, a battery, large washer and a 1975 penny. Had a blast, Blake did too.
I'm really going to like this new hobby.

Default Some hunts are better without gold rings.

What a great time you and your boy had. Time together like that is worth more than gold.

Cheers,

BDA

I'm glad you were able to get out. On another good note, you might have saved yourself 3 flat tires!
