December 2007 find
I forgot to mention to you all. Remember I told you guys I went to Tampa to Bush Gardens and that I was going to metal detect a bit? Well I did. I asked our lady friend to recommend a beach not too far away since my family and I had already been driving to Tampa for 5 hours then we ended up going to a mini beach that was like 20 minutes from the Bush Gardens area because my friend lives like 10 minutes away from Bush Gardens. We went to this beach. It was a tiny little thing and when I detected I found mostly pennies all corroted in bad condition then finally went to the volleyball court almost giving up and found this. I was only there for 45 minutes. I would have stayed longer but the girls and my two boys were very tiered. Of course guess who kept the find?

I'm almost sure
it is silver because I did not even have to put tarn x or anything on it. When it came off the ground it was as shiny as now. Also my wife put it on her foot so fast I did not even have time to inspect it but it does look like silver.
