my town flips land to fast!
ok so i know the good places to hunt are construction sites and places where the topsoil has been taken off a few inches, BUT my problem is by the time my days off get here (saturday and sunday) well the first part of sunday anyway because it is Nascar season and all lol (GO TONY! #20 HOME DEPOT) "the powers that be" have already cleared the land and built a "pad", and well i know me and my fellow hobbyists shouldn't be digging on level pads! do any more of my fellow TH'ers share my pain????

You will catch some before they are pads Im sure, Try tot lots, schools, fairgrounds, and numerous other sites, they will make you weekends more eventful.

If the area is safe, might try huinting at night. Be suprised how quite it is, and you have the place all to yourself.
