Default This Friday was a good day

At my job being a P.E. teacher the other coach and I have a shirt and ahort rental business where the kids who either do not have their uniform or if they either forget their uniform or also if their uniform is too smelly we rent uniforms to them for .50 shorts and .50 shirt. The money that we make is for equipment and everything in P.E. Everytime a student gives me money of course I always look at dates. So far nothing too special until now. A student on Friday gave me this beauty. Not too hard to figure out it is a different coin. It is a 1978 dollar. Are they silver? Not sure. There is no s or p or anything but anyways a keeper. When the kid gave me the coin I kept my composure because if I would have gotten excited he probably would have taken it back. BDA I finally figured out the camera thing. This pictute and all of them from now on should be of better quality. I am starting to become a pro just like all of you. Check it out.

Nice looking pics and a good find, Mate. Do you use a photo editor? Picasa 2 is a free download if you don't have a photo editor on your computer, very easy to use. This will allow you to take a macro pic from a little further back to tighten up the resolution even better and then by using the crop feature you can zoom in for a larger pic of the find while cutting out the extraneous background.

Cheers,

BDA

Default yeah

that is what I thought. The red book said something about the composition but I was in denial. Hope this kid passes a couple more of those. Silver would be nice the next time.

That is a cool find silver or not. I have not had one in my hands before. I would for sure keep it, Beale.

I hope that kid isn't helping themselves to a parents or other relatives collection.

that you mentioned about the collection. That is the same thing the other PE teacher said. I was going to ask this kid if he had more where that came from but am not cause it could lead to trouble but I will definitely not hessitate to take some more if he gives it to me.
