So far the storms are staying to the east and west of Raleigh. Here at the house we have only had some light rain and a gust of wind every now and then. Supposed to be some more coming. We will see.
Just had a tornado warning up where our camper is at. I will call tomorrow to see if it made it.

Earl

Praying everyone is protected from these storms. It's really been bad here today as well. The winds have really been bad and we have had many warnings. My son is still up worrying about the storms. I keep telling him "All is Well"! Won't be long now and he'll be sacked out cause the last warning was cancelled. We sure need the rain but I sure don't like the chance of tornadoes.

I know what you mean Sonja. I don't want to see damaging weather, but we need the rain really bad. Our reservoirs are about dried up. We are on major water restrictions.
Tell your son he can go to sleep now, I think y'all are pretty much in the clear now. We have one more line to come through, but I don't think it will be a major one.
Sleep tight, and rest assured. We have some one above looking out for us.

Earl

So far everything is ok here James, Thanks. The last squall line went through about 30 minutes ago. The stars should be out before long. Could have used about 5 times more rain though.
