I am going to have to say that a good Reubin Sandwich is my favorite.
O'Mallys here in Raleigh makes the best. They used to any way, I haven't been there in a couple years.

Darn, now y'all got me wanting to go get one. shame on y'all.

I've only had this once (in a truckstop on I-10 just east of New Orleans)...but they put the corned beef right in the omelet...it was delicious...add to that some homemade biscuits as big as a softball - and man THAT was breakfast!
