going md'ing in the morning
this time i am going with my new brother in coils Mike Garrett to a place called Patagonia Lake. there are many camping areas, paths, and a decent-sized beach for us hunt. weekends in the summer up there are really busy. so we figured what the heck we'll go check it out, see what we see, find what we find. then , unless we are making some decent finds...we'll check out this old town site thats in Carr Canyon. i guess there's some old buildings/foundations still around for us to investigate. i also went up into the canyon that i got that picker out of and brought home two more buckets of classifieds to sluice..from a spot down the canyon further behind this huge old tree in the dry creekbed. so far the weekend is looking interesting. might even get to do some golfin' on sunday with the lil' girl as well! here's to some good weekend finds for us all!
