Can you helpful guys and gals help me figure out all the lingo that goes along with this wonderful hobby of ours? Maybe 1 or 2 per post, lets see how many you can come up with!

Lane - area in the surf between the wet sand and the first sand bar
Mine - area between first sand bar and second sand bar

Both of these areas are good sources of loot (read finds for the dirt diggers out there)
