I fish and maintain the boat, but mostly because it's the only activity outdoors that my wife is still capable of that she actually enjoys.Her disabilities now prevent her from doing a lot of things, so I see that the opportunity is readily available to her whenever she desires it.
I Haven't bought a detector yet because I still have months of research ahead of me before I can even think about getting out in the field. The back yard may be promising, but I can wait for that.

I love to fish, but dont get to do much here in AZ. When i was growing up my father and i would go fishing almost every day. He would even pick me up from school in his old beat up Impala with the little Scamp tied to the top of the car..I visited them in Ar this past Dec and we got to get out to a old pond and i caught me a nice 4lb bass and it was my favorite part of the trip...
