Default Still working it out...

I just started, so I'm still expiermenting. I try to carry as little as I can. I bought some nice cargo shorts with plenty of pockets for my finds. (and trash) I attach my trowel to my belt with a carribeaner. I carry my sand scoop or slip the handle in my pocket. I tried the apron from Home Depot (0.99), two pockets, it works. The water seems to be a pain, I have to get a bottle with a strap. I'm always looking at stores, web-site catalogs for new ideas.

Happy Hunting!

The few times I've gotten out since resuming the hobby, I've put all of my stuff into an old-fashioned canvas newspaper delivery boy bag (these probably aren't even made any more!). Holds my digger, hunting knife, probe; gloves, kneepads, frisbee; and all of the trash that I pack out. I like to keep all of my MD'ing stuff together, so I'm looking to replace this carry-all bag with a similar design, but something made more recently.

I must admit of anyone could pull this off it was you. If you put all your digging tools into your man purse, where do you put your makeup?

Actually a MAN PURSE or fanny pak may be the way to go.
