That is great!!!!!!! Kids are awesome!!!!! I have a 22 month old son! And it's just him and I and we love metal detecting together!!!!!

Oh I got him one here that I bought when I was 13. Its smaller and it works. It was $99, 17 years ago. I need to epoxy the coil because its splitting at the seam. The speaker is starting to sound a little rough. Just perfect for a kids toy. I'm sure he'll break it one way or another, but I expect that. Its all a part of learning to detect the relics of the wilderness. Its beautiful out there, What man once claimed as his own once again belongs to mother earth. Trees growing out of cellar holes. Sunset beaches with a glint of gold rescued from the wet sand. Sometimes I just have to shut off my detector a look at the waves and the clouds as the roll by. Its nirvana, Heaven on earth. To hold a moment in time in my mind and be able to go back there anytime just by closing my eyes. Finding treasure should only be the half of it. Stop once in a while and look around. Your living in the moment, digging up the past, for the future to see.
