Stinger Or Rattlers

I really would like a pair of headphones that will allow me to hear the enviroment around me. (rattle snakes are a issue around here) I need to decide between the Killer B Stinger, or the Gray Ghost Rattlers. The specs look to be about the same on both and there is only about a $5. diff in price. Im open for ideas on other brands as well.
Does anyone out there have any experiance with either one? And which ones would you pick..

I've listened to both the Beees and the Ghosts, they are both good choices but they will both hide allot of outside sounds. The only negative thing I have with the Gray Ghosts is my ears hit the inside of the cups???? and it gets uncomfortable after a while. Now I'm using Nugget Busters, like em too.

are we talking about the stinger and rattlers?
So where the B's Stinger more comfortable than the Rattlers, and all in all is the sound pretty much the same with both?

I have the DetectorPro Rattler headphones and am very pleased with them. The fit is great, I would buy them again.

I'm sure I read somewhere that you could get one cup headphones.......so you would be free to listen out for those critters sneaking up on you.

Both sets will eliminate most outside noise like they should Just order a good pair of snake boots along with the headphones The best Ive ever owned are Ratphones...Love em!!!

If you want to be able to hear the outside noises.... then just buy a cheap pair of radio shack headphones... I used to have a set and I was always hearing outside noises very clearly....

if you want to block out noise..then a high dollar pair will work
